Hitesh Patel, founder of Primo Investments, brings a wealth of expertise in finance, management, and development, building upon the vision set by the previous generation. Early in his career, Hitesh played a pivotal role in managing and repositioning several assets, laying the foundation for the creation of Primo Investments. Since then, the company has experienced significant growth, now boasting a portfolio of properties across North Carolina and South Carolina, with more than 500 rooms and a dedicated team of over 100 associates. Primo Investments is proud to maintain strong affiliations with renowned brands such as Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International, Wyndham Hotel Group, Choice Hotels, Best Western International, Red Roof, and IHG.

With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, Hitesh leads the company’s future growth, overseeing financial strategy and driving innovation in design and expansion. He is also responsible for directing new developments and acquisitions, ensuring Primo Investments continues to thrive and evolve.

Hitesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and is an active participant in various national and local hospitality industry associations, underscoring his dedication to advancing the sector.

Bhavnesh Vivek

Bhavnesh Vivek, Managing Partner of Sage Lane Partners, brings 15+ years of experience in investing, developing, and managing commercial real estate assets of over $750 million in value. Before establishing Sage Lane Partners, Bhavnesh was instrumental in creating the hotel investment division at RADCO Companies in Atlanta and rapidly acquired and renovated 12 hotels within three years, totaling nearly $350 million in investments.

Bhavnesh's prior roles include significant positions at Auro Hotels, Green Line Investments, InterContinental Hotels Group, and HREC Investment Advisors. His journey in real estate began after earning an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University and a BS in Hotel Management with a concentration in real estate and law from Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Amol Mehta

Amol Mehta is the Founder and CEO of Theia Investment Group, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, development oversight, asset management, and business development initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in real estate investment and operations, Amol has been involved in transactions exceeding $900 million across the United States. Before founding Theia, he served as Director of Acquisitions and Financial Analysis at Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a leading hotel management and investment firm. In this role, he oversaw underwriting, deal structuring, contract negotiations, and debt financing.

Earlier in his career, Amol was Assistant Vice President at Peachtree Hotel Group (PHG), one of the nation’s fastest-growing hotel private equity firms specializing in opportunistic hotel acquisitions and developments. He began his professional journey at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), contributing to corporate investments across the Americas and playing a key role in launching the Even Hotels brand.

In addition to his work in real estate, Amol invests in healthcare companies, including FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers, further diversifying his portfolio and expertise.

Recognized as a trusted advisor in the hospitality industry, Amol is frequently sought after by both small ownership groups and institutional firms for his expertise in hotel acquisitions, development, and asset management.
